Privacy Policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
This policy covers donkeysaas.com and Master Ledger, the bookkeeping application DonkeySaas operates at ledger.donkeysaas.com.
What we collect
Master Ledger stores the account information you sign in with and the bookkeeping records you enter or import: entities, charts of accounts, bank statements and transactions. This website itself collects nothing beyond standard server logs.
Connected accounts
When you connect a third-party account (Google, Microsoft OneDrive or a bank through Plaid), Master Ledger stores the access tokens needed to act on your behalf and uses them only for the features you turn on.
Google user data. With your permission Master Ledger reads and writes Google Sheets and creates files in your Google Drive so it can export your own reports and transactions there. It reads your name and email address to show which account is connected. Google data is used only to provide these features to you; it is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Master Ledger's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How data is stored
Data is stored on hosted infrastructure (Railway) and transmitted over HTTPS. Access is limited to the users of your organization in Master Ledger and to DonkeySaas for support and maintenance.
Removing access and data
You can disconnect any connected account in Master Ledger's settings, which deletes its stored tokens, and you can revoke Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have your data deleted, email [email protected].
